My name is Adriana Maya. Muito prazer!
I am Brazilian, and have been a teacher all my life. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais, a prestigious Brazilian University, and a Masters degree in International Business from University of Liverpool, UK.
I have been teaching Portuguese and English in countries such as Brazil, France and The USA for over 5 years.
In Brazil, I worked as an English Teacher and Language Supervisor. I was in charge of creating the curricula, choosing and developing classroom material, also hiring and training the Portuguese and English teachers, in addition to handling a full schedule of classes.
Since moving to the US, I have worked as a Portuguese and Spanish teacher. I have taught Portuguese and Spanish in person and over Skype to students here in New York and all over the globe.
